Tait Walker, the region’s leading independent chartered accountancy practice, has announced a new appointment within its corporate finance department.
Jason Kirkbride, 26, from Cumbria, has joined the firm as a corporate finance executive. Jason brings four years of accountancy experience to the role. With this position, he will be regularly involved in an array of assignments including acquisitions, disposals, valuations, fundraising, MBOs and MBIs.
With extensive training under his belt in the areas relevant to the position, he is able to work on a number of exciting new and existing projects. Though Jason has only recently joined Tait Walker he has already been involved in a number of assignments which include both disposals and obtaining funding.
Commenting on his appointment, Jason said; “I was keen to join Tait Walker as the practice has a great reputation as a leader in its field, whilst the role provides work on a variety of transactions, close client contact, and a project based approach to assignments. I look forward to learning and further developing my skills from such an established and experienced team.”
Tait walker’s corporate finance team has recently recorded its best half year results since launching ten years ago.
